you know like my granny she like used to live in ________[duhnno where] then she had a close neighbour[i call her gu po], then my granny moved... gu po also moved... now they stay very close. both in th same so called estate? where i live too. gu po, across th road from my house, granny, a few blocks away.then they are very close friends luh. gu po has a husband who many years back fell down in th toilet and became bedridden, and cannot remember anything. however he remembers me... sort of. then he is like really fond of me as in, like th kind of I'm very guai way.
that guy, i call him Ah Gong[grandpa].
so last time, i'd go over to his house... and i'd shout "AH GONG! I'M HERE!' then i'd sit on his lap.. and he'd hold my hand and start like slapping his thighs... and we'd talk and talk and he'd say i'm skinny and yeah..
on saturday night, i found he left this world.
on saturday afternoon, gu po called, he was still alive. at night... well evening... he was gone...
i was crying that night. thanks nick:D for cheering me up. and marlene(THOUGH THAT DIDN'T REALLY HELP BUT STILL-.-)
kayy so i went to the wake... and i almost broke down. gu po was like [in hokkien] "YONG QING COME LERH. YOU REMEMBER HER? SHE CALLS YOU AH GONG!" and she was tearing...
he couldn't remember gu po at his deathbed. isn't that sad?
right now i'm not allowed to go to his funeral... "yay".
