DAY 2 @ YUNNAN

2nd day!We woke up ~1hr earlier than the wake up call, yet again 'cuz we are THAT kiasu. LOL no lah, it's 'cuz we take a longlong time to get ready. Actually, WuYan. HAHA, yes. Oh we woke up at about 5.45, when the wake up call was at 6.30am. So I was woken up by Demi Lovato singing THIS IS REAL~ THIS IS ME~ 'cuz that was WuYan's alarm. Then mine rang. I WANNA GIVE YOU A CALL~ I think mine's nicer than hers. 'Cuz mine sounds like a pedo singing, so I would just immediately wake up. Okay anyways.

IT WAS FREEZING PLEASE. Then yeah we got ready & went down to eat. The food was... Not so appetizing. 'Cuz we weren't used to the food. But there were noodles, so Wuyan & I shared. It was the nicest food among all. (:
After that we boarded the bus to get to the school. Uh, I was taking pictures~ & then it was like, there was this like. I don't know, river thing, with a LOTLOTLOTLOTOLOT of plastic bags dunmped all around it. It freaked me out 'cuz there was seriously A LOT. Won't post the pictures though. Yeah then the tour guide[LEO!] was like. WE HAFTA WALK FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES BECAUSE THE ROAD IS TOO NARROW! So we got off the bus & it was freezing cold... But anyways we started walking.
There was a lot a lot of poop. A LOT. We were desperately trying to avoid them, then I was clinging on to WuYan & vice versa.
Then we reached the school. We were one of the last, so by the time we could see the school, we could hear the children screaming "欢迎欢迎，热烈欢迎！” yupp. Then the WHOEL school was lining up all the way in so it was kind of very awkward...
Yeah. Then we like took a few pictures with the children before the opening started.
Okay I only have one -.- So there was a whole lot of speeches by the officers/principals/Mr Zhu. Then there was the giving of a HUGE cheque to the school. The $25 that each of us donated. YAY! Oh, & also the exchange of flags.

YAY! Yeah then we went in for classroom observation. Free time, actually. So we were invited by a group of P6s, up to the last class. They were really friendly! :D they offered to help us take pictures, they took pictures with us & all that.
Yepp (: but after a while we had to go for lunch. So we had lunch. We had to walk alllllllll the way out. Saddening. Especially for a person with 0 stamina like me.
Sigh.
So lunch was fairly okay~ Uhh, we got a van back! :D YAY! So me, this ah mah, didn't have to walk. I forgot why, but I was laughing so hard in the van. TEEHEE.
Back at the school, we were assigned to classes we would have to stick with for classroom observation + EL teaching. We got a P1 class, not the P6 class I like. T-T & then uh, the class... Wasn't that ideal. Yeah. I mean, of course they were cute & all, but you know that spray gun or water gun thingy? The mini versions. So they filled them with sweetened drinks & then they were spraying it into their mouths... Like sucking it while spraying it or something & spraying it at other people. Then the person who sat in front of me sprayed it at my face. Ugh.
But yeahs.
HAHA YEAH. Then after all those lessons & all, we had to play games with the children. I didn't know what to do, & I was kind of scared of them... Plus I'm not good with children, so I left it to Lin & the rest. Actually only Lin & Candace. HAHA so they were playing, while I was taking pictures with the others inside. 'Cuz some stayed there.

Then we had to walk all the way back after all the activities. T-T
We boarded the bus & went for dinner. LOL THIS IS SO BORING. But so late alr I just feel like finishing this thing & going to sleep. :3
Yupp~ hahas, then we went back & had debrief. They were talking about all that reflection & stuff, then talk about our EL teaching thing. So we had to go to one another's rooms to have final discussion. Our discussion... Became like a chat session. HAHA, I laughed like some madwoman. I love Lin. She's totally hilarious. :DD
UH, WE WENT BACK TO OUR ROOMS & THEN I FORGOT WHAT WE DID. Then we slept~ :D
YEAH, DAY 2. OKAY I SHALL GO SLEEP. I THINK. OKAY BYE.
/maybe I shan't go sleep. I'll just laze around. But I don't feel like typing so much anymore. & I felt like crying while typing all this. I miss the trip so much./
